Where To Shop Reuse

When I first started on this journey to help keep construction waste from going to the landfill, I thought I had such a great idea and was the only one who had thought of it. Luckily, as it turns out, I was very wrong. There are hundreds of organizations all across the country that have been doing this work for decades. And today I wanted to focus on turning the spotlight on those places. Especially the ones that are located in the DMV. With some help from the Zero Waste DC Reuse directory and a very handy list in The Loading Dock’s website, I’ve gone ahead and listed all the Reuse shops in the DC/Baltimore area along with a brief description taken directly from the website of each business. A quick note that we are not associated with any of the businesses listed below. We have also started a more general Resources Page for more information about reuse resources in the DMV and across the nation and the world.
